We’re offering shipping anywhere within the USA , and curbside pick up from Our Store location.

All online sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges on online purchases.

We are currently only able to ship within the United States.

Shipping is calculated based on size and weight of your order. Each weight in the listing reflects packaging and item size, not necessarily the exact weight of the item in the listing.

Clothing orders may be disputed within two weeks of receiving your order. If sizing doesn’t work, you may send the item back for a store credit or exchange. Return shipping is not covered by Lore.

You are only eligible for a refund due to damages incurred during shipping or if your package never arrived. Please keep track of your tracking information. We are not responsible for anything lost after delivery has been made.
